Appeals of decisions of the President of the Office are initially lodged with the President, who may repeal or modify the decisions without submitting the files to the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection. The President's newly issued decision may thereafter be appealed to the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection within one month from the date of its delivery (Section 81). …
