585. Appeals against decisions of the Competition Authority

Decisions of the Competition Authority may be appealed to the Court of Competition, Regulation and Supervision of Santarem (Sections 84(3)). Pursuant to Section 88, the Court of Competition, Regulation and Supervision enjoys full jurisdiction and it can reduce or increase the amount of the fine imposed by the Competition Authority.
