As an exception to the principle of the cessation of registrations and publications, Article L. 622-30(2) of the Commercial Code provides that “the Trésor retains its privilege for claims that it was not required to register on the date of the opening judgment and for claims collected after that date if these claims are declared under the conditions provided for in Article L. 622-24” .
