After the plan has been terminated and a new procedure have been opened by the same judgment or by a subsequent decision finding that such termination has led to the cessation of payments, Article L. 626-27, III of the Commercial Code exempts creditors subject to the plan or admitted to the liabilities of the first procedure from having to declare their claims and securities once again.
