A claim may be contested before or during the claims verification and admission procedure. In accordance with Article L. 624-2 of the Commercial Code, applicable to receivership by reference of Article L. 631-18, where a claim is the subject of proceedings pending on the date of its verification, the bankruptcy judge may not admit or reject it: he may only note that proceedings are pending.
