Once the plan has been terminated and a new procedure has been opened by the same judgment or by a subsequent decision stating that the termination has led to the cessation of payments, Article L. 626-27, III of the Commercial Code exempts the creditors subject to this plan or admitted to the liabilities of the first procedure from having to declare their claims and securities again.
