Prior to the adoption of the decree of 12 February 2009 , Article L. 661-5 of the Commercial Code provided that court rulings on remedies against orders of the bankruptcy judge issued under Articles L. 642-18 and L. 642-19 of the Commercial Code could only be appealed by the public prosecutor .
