If the pledge or thing legitimately retained is not withdrawn, the liquidator must, in accordance with Article L. 642-20-1 of the Commercial Code, apply to the bankruptcy judge for authorization to proceed with the realisation within six months of the court ruling on the court-supervised liquidation.
