638. Conversion of a receivership procedure into a court-supervised liquidation

Under the terms of Article L. 631-15, II of the Commercial Code, the court may, at any time during the observation period, at the request of the debtor, the receiver, the legal representative, an auditor, the public prosecutor or ex officio, order the liquidation of the company if receivership proves manifestly impossible.
