637. Conversion of a safeguard procedure into a court-supervised liquidation procedure

In accordance with Article L. 622-10 of the Commercial Code, at any time during the observation period of the safeguard procedure, the court may, at the request of the debtor, the receiver, the legal representative or the public prosecutor or ex officio, order the liquidation of the company if the conditions of Article L. 640-1 are met.
