830. Third-party notices, seizures and oppositions

Under the terms of Article L. 632-2(2) of the Commercial Code , the court may declare null and void any administrative seizure, attachment for payment or opposition when it has been issued or carried out by a creditor from the date of cessation of payments, with knowledge of this circumstance.
