120. Legitimate impediment of the third party

In case of difficulty, or if any legitimate impediment is invoked, the judge who ordered the delivery or production of the documents may, upon an informal request made to them, retract or modify their decision. The third party may appeal the new decision within fifteen days of its pronouncement (Art. 141 CPC).
