Decisions relating to the enforcement of an investigative measure are not subject to opposition. They can only be appealed or subject to an appeal to the Court of Cassation at the same time as the judgment on the merits (Art. 170 CPC) . These provisions do not apply to the decision ruling on an application for a change of expert or to one imposing a final penalty .
