Pursuant to Article 204 of the Code of Civil Procedure, when an investigation is ordered, contrary evidence may be provided by witnesses without a new decision. Anyone may be heard as a witness, except for those who are incapacitated from testifying in court (Art. 205, para. 1 CPC).
