Pursuant to Article R. 213-7 of the Code of Judicial Organization, the president of the Judicial Court appoints one or more pre-trial judges in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-3 (para. 1). When several judges are responsible for the preparation for trial in the same chamber, cases are allocated among them by the president of the chamber (para. 2).
