While the costs incurred by an interim protective measure are borne by the debtor, unless otherwise decided by the court , Article L. 512-2, para. 2, of the Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures provides that “the creditor may be ordered to compensate for damage caused by the interim protective measure” when lifted by the court .
