Pursuant to Article R. 121-19 of the Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures, the decision of the enforcement judge may be appealed unless it concerns a measure of judicial administration. The appeal period is fifteen days from the notification of the ruling , except for preliminary decisions, notably those ordering a stay of judgment, for which the right to appeal is deferred .
