The orientation judgment is subject to appeal under the conditions set by Article R. 322-19 of the Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures. Pursuant to this text, the appeal must be filed, instructed, and judged according to the fixed-date procedure without the appellant having to invoke any peril in their application.
