6. Alternative Dispute Resolution

When conciliation is conducted by the court pursuant to Article 1531 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the agreement, even if only partial, is recorded in minutes signed by the parties and the court, assisted by the clerk. Excerpts from the minutes drawn up by the court may be issued to the parties upon request. They are enforceable (Art. 1542 CPC). …
