The agreement reached through judicial conciliation may be recorded in a document signed by the parties and the judicial conciliator (Art. 1535-7 CPC). When the conciliation is conducted by the judge, the agreement, even if only partial, is recorded in minutes signed by the parties and the judge, assisted by the court clerk (Art. 1531 CPC).
