Article R2353-2 du Code de la défense
Toute personne qui n'aura pas respecté ses obligations d'identification et de traçabilité, qui aura acquis ou fait acquérir, qui aura livré ou fait livrer, détenu ou fait détenir, transporté ou fait transporter, employé ou fait employer des produits explosifs en violation des prescriptions des articles R. 2352-47, R. 2352-74 à R. 2352-79 et R. 2352-81 à R. 2352-87 du présent code sera passible des peines prévues pour les contraventions de 5e classe.
