Article R2335-40 du Code de la défense
Les obligations mentionnées aux articles R. 2335-29 à R. 2335-31-1 s'appliquent aux fournisseurs des matériels mentionnés au I de l'article L. 2335-18.
Les durées de validité des licences individuelles ou globales de transfert mentionnées à l'article R. 2335-34 s'appliquent à l'autorisation préalable de transfert mentionnée à l'article R. 2335-39.
