Article R2332-8 du Code de la défense
La notification par l'Etat d'un marché de matériel de guerre mentionné au chapitre III du présent titre tient lieu d'autorisation pour le titulaire et pour l'exécution du marché considéré. Le titulaire demeure assujetti, pendant toute la durée de cette exécution, aux mêmes obligations que les titulaires d'autorisation.
