Article R2336-1 du Code de la défense
Les conditions dans lesquelles peuvent être autorisées l'acquisition et la détention des matériels de guerre de la catégorie A2 sont déterminées au paragraphe 6 de la sous-section 2 de la section 1 du chapitre II du titre Ier du livre III du code de la sécurité intérieure.
