Article R2234-1 du Code de la commande publique
Le rapport annuel mentionné à l'article L. 2234-1 est établi par le titulaire et doit permettre la comparaison entre l'année qu'il retrace et les précédentes. Il comprend notamment :
1° Des données économiques et comptables ;
2° Le suivi de plusieurs indicateurs.
