Article R2212-10 du Code de la commande publique
Le ministre chargé du budget, auquel l'évaluation du mode de réalisation du projet est communiquée, émet un avis motivé sur l'étude de soutenabilité budgétaire.
Il se prononce dans un délai de six semaines suivant sa saisine.
A défaut, son avis est réputé favorable.
