Article 20(b) of Directive No 2015/2436 provides for the revocation of the trade mark that has become deceptive: the proprietor of the trade mark may cause the revocation of his rights where he makes use or consents to the use of the trade mark in a way that is liable to mislead the public, particularly as to the nature, quality or geographical origin of those goods or services.
