The reimbursement procedure is very close to the interim review procedure with which it may be combined. In effect, the anti-dumping regulation expressly provides for the possibility for the Commission to initiate an interim review where it is referred to of an application for a refund (Regulation No 2016/1036, Article 11(8)(4)).
