Decisions of the Competition Authority or the Minister of the Economy and transactions reviewed for authorization must be rendered public (Articles R. 430-6 and R. 430-8 Commercial Code). They are published on the Authority's website. Publication must ensure the respect of business secrets.

The decisions referred to in Article L. 430-5 are notified to the author or the authors of the notification, as well as to the Minister of the Economy. The parties have a period of fifteen days to state which aspects they consider as falling under business secrets (Art. R. 430-7 Commercial Code).
