The interim proceedings referred to in Article L. 521-6 of the Intellectual Property Code are governed by Articles 484 to 492 of the Code of Civil Procedure. In conformity with the adversarial principle, such proceedings are not subject to prior summons of the alleged infringer. Where necessary, a court order for immediate action is provisionally enforceable by operation of law.
