2. Proceedings before the Judicial Court and the Commercial Court

The court may, pursuant to Article 825 of the Code of Civil Procedure, conduct the conciliation itself. In this case, the court registry informs the claimant by any means of the place, day, and time at which the conciliation hearing will take place (para. 1). The defendant is then summoned by ordinary letter, which includes the claimant's name, first name, profession, and address, as well as the subject of the claim (para. 2). In all cases, the notice and the summons specify that each party may be assisted by one of the persons listed in Article 762 of the Code of Civil Procedure (para. 3).
